Meta Work ontology
version 0.1.0 · namespace https://ontology.integralproductivity.com/metawork# · vocabulary https://ontology.integralproductivity.com/metawork/vocab/
A formal vocabulary and schema for the Meta Work methodology: the intentional practice of planning, monitoring, and maintaining perspective, instantiated per (scope, subject) as a Meta Work Group.

How to read this
The vocabulary is SKOS: every term has a definition, a source, and links to broader, narrower, and related terms. Each enumeration (Horizons of Focus, System Strata, …) is its own concept scheme. The schema is one OWL class, mw:MetaWorkGroup, and its properties, so that a Meta Work Group can be validated against the SHACL shapes in the repository.
Schema (mw:)
mw:Decision — Decision
A decision or question being worked on inside one Meta Work Group, at a stated Horizons of Focus altitude. Usage evidence, not scope.
mw:MetaWorkGroup — Meta Work Group
An instance of the Meta Work methodology for one (scope, subject).

- Pillar — One of the bodies of practice that Meta Work integrates. Eight in v1.
- Scope (multi-axial) — The analytical position of a Meta Work Group on three first-class axes (Horizons of Focus, System Strata, Vertical Development Stage) plus t…
- Subject — The free-text name of what a Meta Work Group is about.
- System Strata — The temporal horizon axis: how far out the consequences of this work extend.
- Vertical Development Stage — The developmental altitude axis: the meaning-making stage from which the practitioner is operating on this work. An 8-stage synthesis.
